Don't let your own family stop you from achieving your dreams. You're not the first person who's gone through that and you won't be the last, either. Prove 'em wrong and let your passion show. If they can't respect that, then that's their problem and not yours. But you can't quit music because they're close-minded and won't support you on this. You can't give up and let them win so easily. I quit music

It’s great to be called annoying, even when I’m singing a hymn. Just fantastic. Can’t do anything right I guess.

I had a nightmare.

Myles Kennedy retired. Not even joking, I dreamed about that. I was at this big ceremony, he had invited a bunch of people from the music industry, and I was standing on stage for some reason. Myles was crying before he finally announced that he was done with music. None of us had any idea why. Apparently it was being televised and the MC cut him off for commercial before Myles could finish his speech. Then Myles walked off the stage with his wife Selena and we were all stunned.
